Our worship service starts at 10:00 am and ends at 11:15 am. People arrive between 9:30 and 10:00. Don’t worry if you are a few minutes late – the doors are in the back of the sanctuary.
This will depend on where you park. You are welcome to park in the front or the rear of the building. If you park in the front, you will enter near the kitchenette and the bathrooms. If you park in the rear, you will enter near the sanctuary.
Please bring them – it does not matter how old or young they are. We are a multi-generational church and we invite everyone to be together for the worship and prayer part of the service. After our praise and worship portion of the service, we have a nursery for the ages of 0-3 years of age and Kid's Life for 4-12 years of age. In Kid's Life they will receive an age appropriate lesson and possibly play a game or make a craft. Of course, you are also welcome to keep your children with you the entire time if you so choose.
At Lifeline Community Church you will find men in suits and ties – or Steelers jerseys and shorts. And everything in between. Wear what you feel most appropriate for worshiping God. We are more concerned about your relationship with God than your wardrobe.
Yes, we take up an offering during the service. As a guest, you are not expected to contribute – this is a time when those who call Lifeline Community Church home give
Communion is a reminder that Jesus Christ was crucified for our sins. We take it very seriously. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday every other month. We invite those who consider themselves to be followers of Jesus Christ to join us. Children are not permitted to take communion unless they have been fully instructed in the purpose of the communion meal. The bread is passed on trays, and we accept and eat the bread as we receive it. We then pass out the cups filled with grape juice, and we wait until all have been served so we can partake together
Each Sunday, we begin with announcements and a prayer lead by the pastor. Then worship the Lord Jesus through music. Afterward, an offering is taken, and we have a time of prayer. Once the prayer is finished, the children are permitted to leave for Kid's Life or the nursery. The pastor will then bring the message portion of the service. Afterward, all are welcome to stick around and visit.
